A little bit about me
I was a very active and healthy child and really into sports. At 21 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer and my whole world turned upside down. I was left with radiation damage and a cascade of hormone problems which made me feel tired and generally unwell. That’s when I took my first steps on a journey to research the human body and endocrine system.
I could have just accepted that my body was going to be this way forever, but I was too stubborn for that! So I qualified as a personal trainer and continued my research and used myself as a guinea pig to test natural ways to improve my health.
And then I finally found what I was looking for - balance, well-being and strength.
Experimenting with diet and exercise helped me find balance to my hormones. This can work for you too and lead to health beyond your imagination. All you need is a little bit of support and a good helping of determination.
