Following an initial discussion, we’ll work together to put create the perfect package to meet your goals. Whether that’s to lose a few inches for the big day, get your bikini body back or to shred for your next body building competition then we’ll use a combination of training methods to deliver the results you need, by the date you need.

£30 ~ One to One session / Custom Diet Plan £30

A single one to one session is just £30 so it can’t hurt to give it a go. My focus in this session is to begin to understand you - what your goals are, what your lifestyle is like and what makes you tick. So what are you waiting for?

£40 ~ Couples or Friends session / Custom Diet Plan £30 for each person

There’s no better way to make a lifestyle change than to do it with the one you love. With two people working together to reach a common goal they can provide that vital encouragement and support on a daily basis and help each other to stay on track. I’ve worked with many couples over the years and it’s truly amazing to watch them grow together and improve their lifestyle and wellbeing. We’ll look at training you can do together and a diet plan that suits your household, and we’ll also look at your individual needs too which will make sure there is no sacrifice on your personal results.

£250 ~ 10 Sessions inc Free Diet Plan (£25 per session)

Most people after one session will sign up for plan. The sessions can take place at a time frequency that suits you and what you want to achieve by the end of the plan. I would always recommend [one per wk? no more than 2 wks between sessions? Client to populate] which will help ensure that we reach your target. Here we’ll develop a week by week plan which covers all your diet, training and health which will be achievable based on your lifestyle and prior commitments.

£500 ~ 12 Week Challenge / Based on 2 sessions per week inc Free Diet Plan

Not for the faint hearted, a 12 week challenge is the ultimate personal training package. With two sessions per week you will be pushed to the max to ensure you have the physique you desire by the end of the plan. We’ll be heavily focused on your diet and an intensive mix of cardio vascular, strength and HIIT training which will test your body and your mind.
