Boxercise
A fun and effective exercise suitable for all levels and ages, using skipping ropes, punch and focus pads, every session is exciting, challenging and there is always something new!

Circuits
Circuit training is a combination of body toning and fat burning exercises done one after the other with little rest in-between. Each circuit of exercises is then repeated.

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
This is an enhanced interval training session, alternating short and intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. H.I.I.T gives your body the ability to keep burning fat even after you have left the gym.

Weight Lifting/Training
Combining weight lifting equipment and free weights this session will work different parts of your body, training and firming each muscle group providing a leaner look and muscle definition.

Body Building
Do you really want to go for it? Build muscle that you never thought you had? Are you focused and determined? I offer a custom made body building programme. Whether you are a beginner or already in good shape we will define, sculpt and train your body, your muscles and your mind.

Diet & Nutrition
My diet plans are not just a list of Do's and Don'ts, It is also valuable information on the right foods and the benefits these have on your body and your training. Half of achieving your goal relies on the what you put into your body.  

My plans will help you re-think the way you look at food and diets.

Weight Loss
Losing weight is easily accomplished with the right foods and exercise. We will discuss your end goal and set small achievable goals throughout your journey. You will receive a custom made diet plan based around YOU and specific exercise programs to target the areas you want to work.
